A students’ competition called Physics Laboratory Appliance was held at the Physics Department of Sofia University on 31st March, 2012.
The competition consists of three trends: creating demonstration and laboratory devices and instruments for the physics laboratories, computer programs applicable to teaching physics, and a computerized experiment for science and technology.
The National Trade and Banking High School students managed brilliantly for a third year in a row.
In the first trend, Plamen Trifonov (11g class) ranked first and Stanislav Malinov (10z class) ranked third. In the third trend, Diana Mladenova and Angela Pushkarova (9b class) ranked first, while Tsvetelina Stoyanova, Petya Dimitrova and Lora Bancheva (9a class) ranked third.
